Cable passer brushes
Our brushes, made of polypropylene and nylon, are designed for long-term use and are particularly easy to use. Our cable passes are specifically designed not to disrupt sound insulation.
"Silent" acoustic glazing
Our booths are the most soundproof in our range. Their insulating glazing made of 44.2 “silent” laminated glass extends from edge to edge of the panels. Noise is greatly reduced in both directions : inside to outside and vice versa.
Simplified assembly
Our booths can be assembled in ten minutes by a single professional. Our booths have no posts, making them lighter and easier to assemble.
Door sill bottom
Our booths feature a 5 mm door sill, making them easy to access without the risk of tripping.
Ultra-quiet ventilation
ISO 4043:2016 requires an air renewal of 41 m3 per hour, JPemBall renews the air at a minimum of 150 m3, i.e. 3.7 times the required quantity. For optimal working conditions, it’s essential to benefit from almost inaudible ventilation. We have taken great care to ensure this. In fact, our ventilation systems are 15 dB (at interpreter height).
UPDATE to Sept-2023: more powerful fan from 103 to 150 m3 and from 9 dB to 15 dB.
LED lighting
Our booths are equipped with LED ribbons running the full width of the booth. The intensity is adjustable by touch-switch (ON-OFF // and from 10% to 100%). Placed above the work surface, they illuminate it completely evenly. What’s more, since LED lighting doesn’t heat up, it doesn’t contribute to booth overheating during prolonged use. Integrated into the thickness of the roof panels, nothing protrudes in or out. Power is supplied from the same source as the fans.
Options
Special booth flight-case
We design flight-cases specifically tailored to our acoustic booths. Our transport crates are made-to-measure, and their interior lining is designed to accommodate all the necessary equipment for the use of the booth.
Inside, racks are arranged at each end of the case to secure each booth panel in place, preventing them from rubbing against each other during transport. The crate*e features a special compartment for the tablet and a “miscellaneous” space for cables and other items.
Constructed from honeycomb polycarbonate, the empty case weighs only 55 kg and is equipped with 4 swivel wheels with brakes, as well as 4 lifting handles.
In the standard version, the opening is at the top, but upon request, the opening can be arranged on one of the shorter sides.
Floor joints
5 mm EPDM rubber seals are adhered to the floor profile, preventing potential scratches on parquet or tiles. Once assembled, it is impossible to slide the booth.
Painted profiles
All aluminum profiles can be coated with epoxy paint (RAL reference) and baked in the oven, offering high resistance to impact.
Colours
In order to be able to blend seamlessly with the multitude of environments in which our booths operate, we offer a medium gray as the standard color.
However, we can provide you with a wide range of colors/finishes to customize your booths according to your needs : other solid colors, wood-like appearance (light or dark), leather-like appearance, stone-like appearance, fun decorations, etc.
