PemBall is currently run by Jean-Paul BAILLY, a packaging professional for 3 generations. Specialists in polycarbonate, we build “crates” and soundproof booths.
BFMTV conducted an interview on our premises in Saint-Ay to present our business.

JPemBall in the press: on June 5, 2025, JPemBall was honored in La République du Centre with an official award from IIPP. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Cameroonian ambassador to Paris, marking an important moment for our company. This recognition underlines the quality of our expertise in packaging and protection solutions. Thanks to our perfect mastery of polycarbonate, we design: flight-cases, notably the Polytcase®, our emblematic model, as well as soundproof booths, designed to meet the most stringent requirements in terms of sound insulation.
Located in the Loiret region, our production site covers more than 2,200 m², on 1 hectare of land in a business park.
Our different sites enable us to consider the construction of our products from A to Z. We benefit from state-of-the-art equipment :
- two bridge cranes,
- a forklift truck,
- a showroom,
- a special workshop for bonding exterior films and interior fittings for Polytcabs®.
We put our expertise at your service: our technical and sales teams enable us to meet all your needs as quickly as possible.We supply both standard and custom products.Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of polycarbonate, we can supply :
