JPemBall is a French company specializing in the custom manufacturing of transport cases (including flight-cases) and soundproof booths. Since 1997, we have been designing robust, durable solutions that are fully adapted to the specific needs of our clients, in various sectors such as audiovisual, industry, and events. A European leader in the manufacture of translation booths, JPemBall is committed to an eco-responsible approach, favoring the use of recycled materials and relying on a short supply chain around its factory located in Saint-Ay (near Orléans).

What types of technical packaging does JPemBall offer?
We offer several types of packaging adapted to the protection, transport, and storage needs of professional equipment.
Our main solutions include:
- Flight-cases: These are rigid and robust boxes, often used in the audiovisual, medical, industrial, and event sectors. They are made of plywood with aluminum reinforcements and metal accessories (handles, casters, butterfly latches), and can be fully customized both inside and out with custom foam to fit the shape of your equipment.
- Wooden or mixed crates: We also offer various models of traditional wooden or cardboard crates, designed to accommodate all types of equipment. They offer secure transport and simplified logistics thanks to their robust design and ability to effectively protect your equipment.
All our solutions are custom-designed, based on the dimensions, the fragility of the contents, and the intended transport or storage conditions.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply contact us by phone or email using the contact information provided on our product pages or on the “Contact us” page. You can also fill out the contact form available on this same page. We will respond as soon as possible to analyze your request, advise you, and provide you with a personalized quote.

Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by contacting us directly, by phone or email, using the contact details of the person in charge of your order. We will respond within approximately one hour during our business hours, but there is no independent online tracking system.
Upon shipment, you may be provided with a tracking number from the carrier, allowing you to track the progress of your package. During the manufacturing phase, we will provide you with an estimated completion date. Once the product is ready, we will inform you of its shipment and the expected delivery time.
If you would like more detailed tracking, please contact us with your order number: we will then be able to check the progress in real time directly via the carrier’s website.

Does JPemball offer express delivery options?
Yes, we offer express delivery options, including in France with the TOP13 service: delivery the day after dispatch, before 1 p.m. This service, at the customer’s expense, can be activated upon request depending on the urgency of your need. Please let us know when placing your order so we can arrange a fast and suitable delivery.

What should I do if the product is damaged upon receipt?
If your product is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to contact our after-sales service as soon as possible. We will analyze the situation to find a suitable solution.
- If the damage is due to shipping, we will contact the delivery company to file a claim. You will need to provide us with detailed and general photos of the delivered package in its original condition (unpacked) and the damaged part of the product. Furthermore, it is ESSENTIAL to unpack the product from the pallet in front of the carrier so that any damage noted can be noted on the delivery slip. A delivery slip with no notes or “subject to unpacking” will not allow us to file a claim.
- However, if the problem is related to the design or manufacturing of the product, we will assume our responsibility and make an appropriate arrangement to ensure your satisfaction. In all cases, we will do everything necessary to resolve the problem.

Is there a JPemBall showroom or physical agency?
Yes, we have a showroom as well as a physical branch. You can visit us by appointment at 17, rue de la Citadelle in Arcueil (94 110). What are the opening hours?
Our opening hours are as follows: monday to thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and friday morning only, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by bank transfer, a simple and secure method. Payment is made in several installments: a deposit is required at the time of ordering to guarantee the customer’s commitment to fulfilling their custom order, and the balance is paid before the product is shipped.

How long is my quote valid for?
Our quotes do not have a strictly defined validity period, but they are generally considered valid for three (03) months. After this period, certain elements, such as delivery costs, may change. Do not hesitate to contact our team for an update.

Does JPemBall sell used products?
Yes, we sometimes offer pre-owned products, mainly from orders canceled or discontinued. These are usually made-to-measure flight-cases, which is why they are not listed on our website. If you are interested, please contact us directly for more information.

Are quotes free?
Yes, all our quotes are completely free and without obligation. They allow you to get a clear idea of the costs, timescales, and services offered before placing an order. Our team is available to review your needs and provide you with a personalized, transparent estimate.

Are there wholesale or bulk pricing options?
