Lost wooden crates

These single-use crates are tailor-made for the material being transported. We ensure that your goods are transported perfectly securely, and that logistics are simplified. All our crates comply with the NIMP15 international standard.

Simplified transport : our crates are equipped with a lifting device for pallet trucks or forklift trucks, so storing your goods is quick and easy.

Secure transport : to guarantee maximum security, our crates are systematically reinforced with a “reinforcement belt”. Our crates benefit from reinforced protection against impacts, water run-off and humidity, with watertight covers.

Made-to-measure crates : we make customised interior cushions and adapt to the needs of our customers : depending on the nature of the material being transported, we create specific crates. Shelves, foam wedges, partitions, cradles, etc., we can add numerous options to make your crate unique and guarantee optimal transport. The thicknesses and types of wedges are also studied according to the weight and intended transport. We offer two models of lost wooden crates : the “English” crates for limited weights and the “tray” crates for heavy loads.

Shuttle wooden crates

“Shuttle” wooden crates are reusable crates specifically designed for transporting your equipment over long distances. This ecological and economical packaging method will simplify your logistics : some of our customers keep their shuttle crates for more than ten years. This is the ideal crate model for regular inter-site transport, or for transporting exhibition materials. Robust, strong and hard-wearing, shuttle boxes are made from 10 or 15 mm thick plywood outer panels, some of which open with toggle fasteners.

Secure transport : shuttle crates are designed to be used on many journeys, so strength and sturdiness are essential.

Made-to-measure crates : we offer two models of crates : the “English” shuttle crate, suitable for lighter goods and the “flatbed” shuttle crate, designed to carry heavier loads. Our technical departments produce custom crates : shelving, interior lining, cradles, foam wedges, partitions, etc. let us know what you need.

Mixed boxes

Our mixed crates are made from triple-flute cardboard and solid wooden reinforcements. Lighter than wooden crates they allow goods to be transported in complete safety.

Simplified transport : our “mixed” crates are systematically fitted with manual lifting bars at the ends of the crates, but can be fitted with pallet truck or forklift lifting equipment on request.

Secure transport : particularly light, our crates have nevertheless been designed for the safe transport of your goods. Resistant and strong, they provide foolproof protection against moisture and impact.

Made-to-measure crates : our specialists will made-to-measure the interior cushions to suit your requirements, based on your specifications for the equipment to be transported and the planned shipments. We adapt foam wedges, partitions, cradles, etc. to your needs.
